Goalie Lab is Goalie Empire’s private online coaching platform designed specifically for lacrosse goalies. Through live video sessions and film breakdowns, players receive direct coaching from experienced college and professional goalies.
These sessions allow goalies to analyze their game, correct mistakes, and develop the habits needed to perform at a high level.
Each session focuses on improving positioning, reaction time, save technique, decision making, and overall goalie IQ.
Goalie Lab gives players access to the kind of personalized coaching that is rarely available outside of elite programs.
1 on 1 Calls
Book a call with a coach - ask coaching any questions about goaltending, including guidance on specific saves, your games, your future path, mental toughness, or anything else.
30-60 minute sessions
Film Reviews
Developed personalized training regimes tailored to individual skills and needs, ensuring each athlete received focused attention to enhance their goalie skills.
Send game film and have our coaches review and analyze areas to improve. We will then schedule a 30 minute call to review the film with you.
Online Coaching Sessions
Join small group sessions with Goalie Empire coaches and other goalies to break down film, study game situations, and discuss key aspects of the position. These sessions focus on developing goalie IQ, understanding offensive tendencies, and learning how to read the game at a higher level.
Players will review real game footage, analyze decision making, and gain insights that help them perform more confidently in the cage.
